#4 EXERCISE
Most people think that this should be number one in losing weight but if you don’t have all the previous components exercise will not work in your favor. In case you are not used to moving just start out taking a walk around the corner or up the block. Eventually work your way up to thirty minutes of walking. If you don’t have thirty minutes in the morning you can spread it out throughout your day in 10 minute increments. The idea is to stay moving and the more active you are the more calories you burn.
It is very important to remember that weight loss is a process. You didn’t gain the weight overnight so you can’t expect to lose it overnight. Commit yourself to these four things every day and you will get to your goal. You can do it!
